bwe Hofkraftwerk
bwe-farm power plant - the new manure plants with a range from 75 to 250 KW electrical power production
Optimise your agricultural holding
Biogas weser-ems offers livestock farms a farm power plant as a complete solution for manure digestion that includes assistance from the planning phase, through the construction and commissioning to the maintenance stage. The use of manure enables a profitable and optimal energy production. The bwe-farm power plant consists of a digester (1300m³ digestion volume) and an end storage tank (2800m³) as a "tank in tank system" made of concrete (on site). Both tanks are completely covered with a gas tight-membrane. A rugged feeding system for solid manure and renewable energy crops completes the concept.
This feeding system allows a usage of various input materials. Furthermore, the covered tanks prevent methane emissions into the atmosphere. The bwe concept of a long retention time for the materials within the
digester and end storage tank maximizes gas yield and reduces the odour nuisance for the later extraction and distribution in the fields.
The CHP Unit (gas engine) as well as the control and pumping systems will be delivered in two completely assembled containers which are ready for operation after assembly and the necessary connections.
